Shipping

Most in-stock gear ships within 1–3 business days from US warehouses. Some items ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately if your order includes multiple products. You'll get tracking for each shipment.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened electronics are subject to a restocking fee where permitted by law. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Custom Wavform builds

Custom-configured Wavform controllers are built to order and are non-returnable, except in the case of a defect — in which case we'll repair or replace it under warranty. Please double-check your configuration before ordering.

Warranty

Branded gear is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Wavform builds carry a 1-year thewav studio warranty against defects.
